At Johar Mirrors, we ensure that all mirror products are packed with utmost care and shipped safely to our customers.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Customized or bulk orders may take additional processing time. Customers will be informed accordingly.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and size of the order.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders may have separate shipping charges.

Packaging & Handling

  • All mirror products are fragile and are packed using protective materials and sturdy outer packaging.

  • We follow standard safety measures to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners

  • We ship through trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Damaged or Broken Items

  • In rare cases, items may get damaged during transit.

  • Customers must record an unboxing video showing the package seal and opening.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos.

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Johar Mirrors is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Bulk orders may be shipped via transport services instead of courier.

  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines for bulk orders will be communicated separately.
