Refund policy

At Johar Mirrors, all our products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the fragile nature of mirrors, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

  • We accept returns only in the following cases:

    • Items damaged during transit

    • Incorrect product received

    • Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)

    Eligible returns will be processed within 4–5 business days after verification.

Damaged or Broken Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken:

    • An unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing:

      • The sealed package

      • Opening of the package

      • Damaged product

    • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive an incorrect product:

    • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Share clear photos/videos of the received item and its packaging.

    If an exchange is accepted, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Refund / Replacement

Once the claim is verified:

  • We may offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, at our discretion.

If a replacement is accepted, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your bank account or original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, shape, quantity)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Bulk or wholesale orders (unless damaged in transit)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
